    4. Click the button and download.

    Questions

Can I pull out just a few pages?

Yes. Choose "Extract pages" and type the pages you want, like 2-4, 9. You can also list pages in a different order, such as 5, 1-3, to rearrange while extracting.

How do I split a PDF into several files?

Choose "Split into files". Split every page into its own file, every N pages, or with your own ranges such as 1-3, 4-6, 7. You get one ZIP with the files inside.

Which page numbers do ranges use?

The numbers shown on the pages, counted in the order you see them. Removed pages are skipped. So if you drag page 9 to the front, it counts as page 1.

    Can I split a password-protected PDF?

Yes, if you know the password. Type it when asked, and the file opens inside your browser. Passwords are never sent anywhere.

    Can I password-protect the result?

Yes. Switch on "Password-protect", choose a password, and every PDF you create is encrypted with AES-256. It is off by default. If you forget the password it cannot be recovered.

    Is there a page limit?

No limit from us. Very large files depend on your device memory because everything runs locally. Previews load as you scroll.
